Hemp - An Excellent Alternative to Plastic

It seems hemp is proving to be an eco-friendly bio-composite stronger than plastic that can be used to make everything form chairs to cars. (Check out the Kestrel Teaser below.) Miracle plant? It just may be. 

 “unlike fiberglass, the hemp bio-composite is cheaper to produce and has fewer health risks connected with its manufacture.  It is also significantly lighter than glass-based composites traditionally used in racing cars” -FOX News
